  • Acknowledge that all firearm licensing applications are subject to approval by the South African Police Services (SAPS) and the Central Firearms Registry (CFR).

4. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

MOSSC cannot be held liable for any actions, omissions, or performance of services by clients or graduates after the completion of our training or consulting. Our training and consulting are intended to empower individuals and organisations with knowledge and skills, but we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or prevent all risks.

  • Training Services: While MOSSC provides accredited and professional training, we cannot be held liable for any injury, damage, or loss incurred during or after training, including the misuse of firearms. All training is undertaken at the client's own risk.

  • Investigations: MOSSC will perform investigations with due diligence and professionalism. However, we cannot guarantee the outcome of any investigation, tracing, or tracking service. Our findings are based on the information and evidence available at the time.

  • Consulting & Advice: Any advice or consultation provided is based on our professional opinion and experience. We do not provide legal advice, and clients should seek independent legal counsel where appropriate.

  • Third-Party Services: MOSSC is not responsible for the performance or actions of third-party partners, including but not limited to licensed drone operators.
